These LOTACTREE After-Sales Policies apply only to products purchased directly from LOTACTREE Official Website (https://www.lotactree.com/en-us).
1. 14-DAY RETURN & REFUND
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Used filaments, partially consumed spools, or items damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for returns.
Safety Note: Because filament material quality changes once opened, opened packaging cannot be returned unless the product is defective upon arrival.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened filament spools
- Filaments exposed to moisture, dust, or improper storage
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Custom bundle orders (unless defective)
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos or video showing the issue.
- Our support team will assess the case and offer:
- A replacement,
- Partial refund, or
- Full refund (including shipping), depending on the assessment.
Defects may include:
- Incorrect weight (underfilled filament)
- Severe winding tangles
- Manufacturing impurities
- Wrong item shipped
We will cover the return shipping cost for approved defective claims.
4. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong color, material, or quantity:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos of the received items
- We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customer-responsible:
- Change of mind
- Ordered wrong color/material
- No issue with the product quality
LOTACTREE-covered:
- Product defects
- Wrong item shipped
- Transport damage
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is our responsibility.
6. Refund Processing
Please contact our support team by email first at Support@lotactree.com to request a refund.
Returns must be authorized in advance.
Unauthorized returns or self-initiated refunds will not be accepted.
Once approved, returninstructions will be provided. After the returned items are received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed
Note: Some banks may require additional time (up to 10 days) to release the funds.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unopened
- Request is made within 30 days
- Customer pays the price difference (if any)
If the desired replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
- If your order has not shipped:

→ Please follow the regular return process after the item arrives.
9. Package Lost or Not Delivered
If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us with your order number
- We will file a claim with the carrier
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund
If the package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check:
- With neighbors
- With building/office reception
- Your mailbox or parcel locker
If still not found, contact us and we will assist.

11. Additional Notes
- LOTACTREE is not responsible for returns damaged during customer return shipping.
- Ensure items are packaged securely to avoid transit damage.
- Any unauthorized return parcels may be rejected.
